Integrity Association Service (IAS) appreciates the opportunity to provide property management services to your community. We assist boards of directors in planning, resolution of day to day issues and making critical decisions.

Our overall goal in this role is to:

1. Protect the property and improve its value
2. Improve and maintain the common elements and areas
3. Enforce the governing documents
4. Produce realistic and cost effective budgets

IAS philosophy is to employ quality and cost effective resources to achieve these goals.

IAS is aware your association is a multi-million dollar corporation with a statutory mission for the expenditure of monies and other resources. Community association boards of directors have the same responsibilities as those serving publicly and privately traded corporations. We have the experienced professionals who achieve the legal and technical challenges associated with these responsibilities.
